Describe an experience you had as a member of a team. 

I have worked with many people in teams throughout my career and my college projects. I have gained significant experience by working with people of a different mindset and potential. Here I am going to talk about one of the experiences I had when I was working on a project with a team of 5 people in total. 

What was it? 

I had just completed our college, and we decided to make a game for Android devices. I discussed a very creative idea with my friends, and they were ready to become a part of this project. We started the project with a lot of enthusiasm(passion) and excitement. 

Who were the members of the team? 

My friend was a student of video game development (or say any course). We decided to divide the team into different sections. There are two central departments to develop a video game. One is programming and the second one is art and illustration. So we divided the team according to the expertise. 

What role did you play in this team? 

I was playing several roles in the team because it was my vision. It was my duty to keep everyone motivated and focused. I was the one who was explaining all the aspects like the visual representation and basic functionality of the game to make the game exciting and playable. Moreover, I was also handling the programming department. 

And explain how you Achieved your goal? 

Making a game with a team of just five people can be challenging, especially when the scale of the game is enormous. We came across several issues while the development. Fortunately, we are are very supportive and passionate, so our focus remained only on finding the solution. After many trials and errors and relentless efforts of days and nights the final game was ready, and when we published the game and got some positive reviews, the feeling we all had at that time cannot be expressed in words.
